Starigrad’s harbor

Stari Grad is one of the oldest town in Europe, it was established under the name Faros by migrants from the island of Paros.
Located around a charming bay, in its middle has the fortified Tvrdalj Castle built by Peter Hectorovich in the 16th century. A philosopher and humanist, Hectorovitch marked his house with many inscriptions reminding of the transient values of life that should be offered to the creator of the world. The castle has a pond in the front for the water beings, the roof for the air beings and the interior garden for the beings of the land.
