WNYC Transmitter Park in Greenpoint is an oasis in the old industrial area of Brooklyn filled by warehouses and old factories. But all these old industries buildings get converted at an amazing pace in new tech offices, studios and lots of media places if not demolished and replaced by luxury condominiums, whatever that means….Just down the block in an old unmarked warehouse I discovered by accident the offices of Kickstart.
